Barber Terms of Service

These Barber Terms ("Terms") govern your use of ChairFlowIQ as a barber or salon professional ("you"), in addition to our general Terms of Service. They are operated by QLEARVISION LLC ("ChairFlowIQ," "we," "us," "our"). By accepting these Terms during onboarding you agree to them; we record the version you accepted and the date.

1. What ChairFlowIQ does for you

ChairFlowIQ is a chair-filling platform: web booking and payments, plus a growth engine that works your existing demand (reactivating lapsed clients, rescuing just-cancelled slots) and, over time, helps bring you net-new clients. We are a technology and marketing-services provider. You remain solely responsible for the services you perform, your schedule, your pricing, and your conduct with clients.

2. Pricing — you only pay on a win

Claiming and setting up your page is free. Your paid plan (Chair Starter, $49/mo) is offered only after ChairFlowIQ demonstrably fills your chair — your first attributed comeback: a kept appointment we can trace to a win-back, an imported-list reactivation, a rescued cancellation, or one you attest happened off-platform. You confirm via an opt-in — never a silent auto-charge.

Every line on your receipt carries a 72-hour “not yours” flag; flagging a line permanently removes it from your numbers and your billing. And in any subscribed month where we bring back less than your $49 fee, your next month is on us (a free-month credit, at most two consecutive). We only make money when you do.

3. Engine-sourced leads — what "qualified" means

An engine-sourced lead is a booking the ChairFlowIQ growth engine produced — specifically a reactivation, a cancellation rescue, or a referral — that converts into a confirmed appointment on your calendar. Clients you imported yourself, or that you added directly, are your leads, not engine-sourced ones. Lead counts are never what we bill on or promise; only kept appointments matter.

4. No-show make-good

We stand behind the engine's leads. If an engine-sourced lead no-shows and you were not otherwise made whole for that slot — meaning you did not retain a deposit and have not collected (or have pending) a no-show fee on the client's card — we will make it right:

  • Primary: we work to source you a replacement engine lead within 30 days of the no-show.
  • Fallback: if we are unable to source a replacement within those 30 days, we apply a one-month ($49) credit toward your Chair Starter subscription.

The make-good does not apply where you already recovered the slot's value (a retained deposit or a collected no-show fee), to a no-show on a lead you sourced yourself, or where you declined to follow the confirmation steps for the appointment. You're confirming a yes, not chasing a maybe — and if one slips through, we line up another.

5. Your client list & permission to contact

You confirm you have permission to contact the clients you add, and that you'll use the platform only to message them about your own services. Outbound reactivation, rescue, and referral messages go out as you — in your name and voice — and you can review the recipients. You are the data controller for your client list; ChairFlowIQ processes it on your behalf as your service provider.

6. Payments & payouts

Client payments, deposits, and payouts are processed through Stripe Connect; you are the merchant of record for the services you provide. ChairFlowIQ collects your subscription fee separately. Disputes about a specific charge should be raised within 72 hours so we can investigate while the records are fresh.

7. SMS / text-to-book

Text-to-book and SMS reminders are completing carrier certification and are not guaranteed to be available at any particular date. Until then, the engine runs email-first. We will never send messages on a number that is not cleared for it.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is always shown at the top of this page. Material changes that affect the make-good or your pricing will be communicated to you. Questions: support@chairflowiq.com.
